Super lift help!

So I'm installing a 4" super lift on my 98 ranger 4x4 4.0 6cyl. Anyways It came with these 2 blocks. They aren't mentioned in the part list nor in install. I'm not finished with the front but my best guess is they go somewhere in the rear torsion housing. I can't post link/pic from my phone so below is the address to the kit picture. Here's the blocks im talking about below the brake line brackets above the front diff side bracket. Any help would be much appreciated!

My first guess would be bump stop extensions but I can't remember how the stops mount on your truck and I can't find a Ranger to look at in this entire dealership...
