Sudden Drop In Milage

Ok, My grandson helped me get on here. Im not real computer savvy. I have owned old red, my 92 ranger, since 93. Been a real great work truck. Recently, my engine light came on and I took it in to Auto Zone and hade the computer read. Ultimately we replaced both ignition coils and fixed a couple of vacume leaks. My milage was normally 18 - 19.5 on the highway and has dropped to 14.5. Any ideas? Thanks.

Well for only getting 18 - 19 before with a 2.3 I would say you were having problems before this one....

What were the computer codes that came up?
