One side should be sticky, if you put it on the wrong side it would be backwards.

Yeah outside. But they look cool backwars to people looking in their rear view mirror!! Just an interesting fact It can be obsucred by the 4 inches of window tint though!

You pull the paper backing off then place the decal on, then pull away the transparent film. Dont wrinkle it!
