Stumped.

94 ranger, installing new head unit and speakers. Head unit is installed and works fine, however the speakers are super quiet. I don't have premium sound, but I bypassed the entire speaker harness anyway. I have the ground and both power wires hooked up correctly, the other wires are useless according to the map. (Side note the power harness was missing when I got the truck). If someone can pinpoint what I'm doing wrong I would be forever greatful. The speakers are standard 5x7 and 6x9 if that helps. My ground is attached properly to the front driver side floor panel nut. This install sure was easier in my crownvic. Anyway, Thanks.
