Well going into work a couple of weeks ago, i was coming around the corner, i thought it was mild out, but there was frost and the rear kicked out, i went sideways, corrected it then it 180'd on me, so i ended up in the ditch, so i put it in 4x4, with the little tire tread i have left, and drove threw the ditch and then wound uo gettin stuck, this was my first stick. Tow hooks are now on the list of things to do, other wise dad would have towed me out, rather then the tow truck

i have to think that a decent set of all-terrain tires, even at stock ride height, would have gotten out of that.

not a bad looking truck though...gotta love the flaresides :icon_cheers:

Thats no good, that stuff looks soft. You should throw an Aussie Locker in the front also. They are only like $230 and easy to instal. Lockers are amazing :D

lol i would agree new tires would help, those are dang near bald, hence why i got stuck, it was pretty soft, it rained the day before a bit, then frosted up a bit at night, still looking to get me some mud terrains tho lol.

The tires dug pretty good, the front one is almost all the way gone. I say more aggressive tires would have just got him stuck sooner in this case. Having 2 tires on dry land and 2 in a swamp had him in a tough spot from the begining.

Something other than two open diffs is what he needed.

a winch hooked to one of those signs would have been better haha
