ok when i'm sitting still with the clutch pedal pushed in and the truck in gear i have a squealing noise that sounds like its coming from the bellhousing...i recently put a new clutch in it with the slave cylinder obviously and while the tranny was dropped i drained the fluid and making the tranny as level as possible refilled with some cheap ATF...could it be that my grandpa told to totally bypass the pain of the pilot shaft bearing or......any ideas oh does anyone know the exact fluid requirements as far as how many qts for my tranny?

take the fill plug out of your tranny and when fluid starts comeing out its good, what tranny do you have? if its the fm-145 or fm-146 you dont use ATF, put SEA 80-90 waight in it. ATF goes in the t-case.

all i know about the tranny is its the one that calls for ATF

Sounds like the pilot bearing or throwout bearing.

throwout bearing is brand new but if its the pilot bearing imma kick my grandfather in the head
