hello all, im just completing my manditory hello thread. my name is ricky finch, I'm 21 years old, married with a beautiful son. I own a 2001 ford ranger 4.0sohc auto black in color and its a harley davison wannabe by another owner, 173k miles.
My everyday rig is a 2004 F150 new body style 4.6L s/c 115K
my work in progress is my 1990 Ford ranger xlt 302 roller out of a foxbody and a c-6 auto I plan to eventually put afr heads a better cam and lose my 600cfm 4barrel for a 650 double pumper. I have aquired a 8.8 to get rid of the weak 7.5 out of a 97 explorer and I'm keeping the disc brakes in the rear i have the brake master cyl and booter to get it all going. i plan to use this forum in building my toy thanks for any input in advace.

well thanks guys. as far as my project goes the 302 and c6 is already in and just about ready to fire off. i need to get the driveshaft cut but the biggest part of what im tried to tackle is getting the explorer rear end under the ranger while keeping the explorer rear disc brakes.
