Stock wheel travel

I was wondering what the stock wheel travel was on my 07 ranger, I did the front t bar crank, and would I get more travel if I disconnected the sway bar?

measure from the bump stops to the stop point then raise the truck till it just starts to make the tire loose the flat on the botton and measure again then do the math for compession and rebound, over cranking the t- bar is not the way to make it safe and higher, and no dont disconnect the sway bar, especialy for street use, you want to go higher buy the kits $$$$$$ or a body lift $159 to 200 and not to bad to do, just think safety first, a lower front is better than a upside down truck
