i have stock 14 rims. i would like to get 15's but i dont have the money. how large of tire can i go to take up some of the wheel well, without lowering the vehicle. thanks:icon_welder:

All terrains or anything bigger than like a 205/70/14 are hard to come by and expensive. i looked real quick on tire rack and such to no avail. i'd sugest going to get some 15'' junkyard wheels. I think bridgestone might make one at/s type tire. my brother had a set on his 2wd ranger in like 225/70/14 but i dont think they make them anymore

Interco makes a TSL radial in 225/85r14, I think it comes out to about 28.5" tall or so.

If you want to keep your 14" rims, then Interco tires are really your only choice. I also found a 28" bias ply TSL and a 27" SSR for 14" rims.

Go to Walmart. They have 225 70 14 Uniroyal A/Ts usually for a pretty decent price. Thats what I have on my 84. They ride nice and seem to grip well.
