Hey guys just wonderin how much lift, if any, do stock EB coils give a TTB Ranger? Any input or pics would be great. Lookin into liftin my truck just to get a little better ground clearance and my coils are spanked. Its mostly going to be road ridden but will see some trail and off road use more than a few times. Thanks guys.

Depends on what cab/body style your truck is, and what engine it has.
Stock EB coils I don't think will provide much lift unless you have like a 4-cyl shortbed truck.

For a mild trail driver that'll be on the road more than anything, I would just stick with a set of TTB leveling coils if all you're looking for is a small boost.

Its a 1990 extended cab with a 4.0. I want to lift the truck 2.5-3 inches without a body lift to gain some ground clearance. 31's would be ideal. The 215x75R15 are small and pretty worn out. Im planning on using 64 inch chevy springs in the rear with the belltech shackle without the lift block. Then when I decide to invest in some drop brackets or a D44 up front the rear is all taken care of.

If you want 2.5-3" then you'll need to get drop brackets. 2" is typically the max you can get without them and align the frontend properly (maybe you can get lucky and push an extra half-inch out of your setup, as there is some variance among trucks, however I wouldn't count on it).

I would suggest just getting a 3" James Duff Stage 1 or Stage 2 lift for it if you're putting Chevy leafs on the rear (not sure, maybe you can order it sans the add-a-leafs?). This will give you all the brackets and stuff you need (be sure you get a drop pitman arm too, as I don't think JD includes it in their kits).

I have seen threads on swapping EB coils. If I recall they give about 1.5" and a stiff ride.

Early Bronco coils definitely wouldn't be stiff (EB coils are what some people swap to for more flex/softer ride)
TTB F-150 coils may be stiffer though (though RBV TTB coils are pretty dang stiff too).
