What amperage does the stock alternator on an `03 4.0 put out? At what point should a person upgrade and what are the choices?

It comes with a 90 amp alternator. Napa offers an optional 130 amp alt. I would only upgrade if you have an insanely big stereo and/or lots of off-road lights and/or a winch.
