Well I have been working on my truck but I still having problems running when its war. It starts up fine when its cold and runs good for 10-15 minutes then if you slow down to idle it will die then it wont start back up.

I was having problems even getting it to run for more than a few minutes and I found the wires to the O2 sensor were melted to the exhaust. I have rewired them and it helped alot but its still giving me problems. I have changed the MAP sensor, IAT sensor, TFI module, and fixed the O2 sensor, I know it has spark when it wont start and there is pressure on the fuel rail. There isnt any fuel leaking from the FPR and it looks like it has been recently replaced. Any Ideas. I will pull codes again but last time I did all i got got was the IAT code.

ignition maybe? i remember someone else having problems with this and the truck wouldnt start up again until it cooled down. the ignition might be shot. i had a similar problem like that but i had loose wires that were a mess from the previous owner.

I thought that at first to but i already changed the module. I noticed a few grounds are missing or not connected very good. What wires were loose on your truck? Someone swaped this motor in place of a carbed 4 banger

i had this mess from the previous owner and didnt know what was wrong but it seemed whenever i moved certain wires around there that it would start again. the bottom picture is the connectors that i just cut out of there and spliced the wires together. i noticed that some of the connectors had broken contacts inside which i think was the problem in the first place

now after doing this the truck starts fine everytime but just like you, the engine starts "hunting" between maybe 1500 and 200 rpm for about a minute or 2 and the last time the rpms drop it almost dies but then it returns to about 800rpm and idles normally. im not sure why this happens either
