stepside bed caps/shells?

Hey guys I've been looking around for a cap to go on the back of my truck and haven't had much luck finding them for the narrower stepside models. I have a 2000 ford ranger standard cab if it helps. Any recommendations for companies that over caps for this model? Preferably with Canadian dealers?
