steering issue

hi guys so i was going hunting last weekend and while driving on the highway i hit this bump and my truck dipped really hard to the left and now every time i turn to the right it dips hard to the left i pushed on the left side and it feels softer then the right and the shock looks more compressed has anyone had this problem or any suggestions. thanks all
