Steering Extension

Hey Guys, I put a homemake 3in body lift on my 92 ranger. Any 1 know where i can get a steering extension? Need Asap...

I'm running my 91 without it, but I also have a full U joint shaft, you might have the rag joint shaft.

If you dont need 1, why does the lift kit come with 1?

If you have a ragjoint, like I do, you will need it. That's why it comes with it.

They're all over the place..maybe even amazon.com? I know that you can buy them direct from performance accessories (who makes 3" Body Lifts).

My steering shaft with the extension in it developed a ton of slop around the extension causing the steering shaft to clank around like crazy so I removed it. It works just fine without it IF you have a U joint steering shaft and NOT a rag joint shaft.
