what year ford will share a steering box

From what I remember most trucks have the same steering box, I think the full sizes have a slightly different ratio but all the aftermarket ones are the same now. The biggest differences is sometime in the early 90's they switched to metric fittings from standard if memory serves

if you got to Rockauto and look up your Ranger and click on the blue part number it will give you a list of the other vehicles that also use that same part.
