starting issues need help

when i get in my truck it wont make sound but the dash lights turn on a ding, Ive changed the starter an the battery..Ive been having to jump it everytime when i need to drive it...Ive been told it is the netural safety fuse or switch..where would that fuse or switch be on my truck? I beenn thinking its with my fuse box by my steering colum but i am not sure..

now i have to use jumper cable to jump it from the starter cycnold to the positive battery post.. glad i had jumper cables

Pretty sure he has an auto.

If he has an auto the shorting plug for the clutch switch likes to burn itself up.

I do love my truck but being 26 years old its bound to have problems, Ive been wanting to stop by a guys house near mine that has two first gen rangers that i wouldnt mind useing as donor trucks one is yellow 85 an the other is a 88 i believe both sitting in the woods.
