Got some parts for my new truck today so I wheeled it into the shop tonight and started cutting stuff out. Should have a locker for the rear in the next week or so and will then do the front gears at the same time.

Decided to go with the BDS kit for now. Was going to be a 4 week wait for the Skyjacker kit that I wanted so I will add on the extended radius arms later.

Out with the old...

The great thing about the clutch was it was only $100 more than a regular one. Can't wait to get it done!

I bet you can get all the women you want in it now, what kind of tires are those?
how deep you going with gears?
and that truck is a 2wheel drive right?

Already have a great wife so don't need anymore woman:icon_thumby:. The tires are Pro-comps Xterrain - 35". I am installing 4.88's - should be a little deeper than stock. The truck has 3.55's in it and the tire calculator said 4.60 would keep me at stock. And it is 4wd.

Got the truck finished tonight but forgot to take the camera to the shop so no pictures. Will post up some finished pictures tomorrow.:icon_cheers:

Drove it home last night! Still have to install the front gears and get a locker for the rear. Have also ordered some cut out fender flares as well. The front sits about 1/2" higher than the back but I am hoping the front springs will settle down in the next few weeks.

looks good. if the front doesnt settle down enough you could toss some lift shackles or explorer springs depending on how much lift you want.

You NEED to put some bump stops on the front. If not, with the design of the BDS passenger side drop plate, you WILL punch a hole in your Dana 35 diff.
