start off at high rpm boucne like it wont catch

okay kinda of new at manuals but i can drive.lets just say i was at a stop light an dodge dakota pulled next to me he rev up ha and keep in mind i have a 2.3 l with no muffler so i rev up stop light turns green i had it rev up and about round 3 to 4 rpm and i drop the clutch it took off but it start to bounce guess it was the way i let off the clutch ?

could be wheel hop.... (leaf springs wrap) u have posi?
did the tires spin or smoke?
could be the clutch fighting to grab.......
did you back out of throttle? how low did it feel like the rpms got when this (bouncing...?) occurred?
