Hello all Posted here awhile back about my 94 Ranger 2.3 liter stalling at highway speed for no rhyme or reason and then turn key back and fired right back up well I believe I found the Gremlin.Turns out the vacuum operated heater in the intake was disabled allowing the throttle body to ice up like old carb's used to do in the cold weather.Got all the parts and got the flapper working and has not stalled yet at any speed or temp:headbang:.Hope this helps other out that are having the same problem

Yeah, good to know...

My 96 developed a shake and sputter while sitting at idle...I couldn't figure it out so I backtracked to what I did just before it happened...I had been playing with the heater controls and pulled it from the dash...I didn't realize there were vacuum lines attached to it and managed to pop it off...DoH~
