Some told me that I should get a stablizer bar for when I lifted my truck. This will make to were I don't feel every thing in the road. Any suggestions?

what do you mean by everything in the road? do you mean bump steer?(when you hit a bump the truck is all over the place) if that is the case if you haven't done it yet i would suggest a drop pitman arm to help get the steering geometry back in place.

I think what you are looking for is a steering stabilizer. If your steering is setup correctly you should only have minor steering feedback from the road. If this is what you are trying to cure then it might be helpful.

If you are running a tire 33" or bigger I would suggest a streering stabilizer.
