98 ranger 2.5 ,5 spd.....really squeaky front end.after lubing it still squeaks alot...any ideas?

I just spray the snot out of everything with rubber or polyurethane with silicone spray. It doesn't appear to attract a lot of dust or dirt, either. My '98 has been squeak-free for a couple of years.
