Squeaking and vibrations in rear axle

The squeaking started about a week ago. Today i can feel the vibrations when going uphill and a lot noisier. Any idea?

It happens only when going uphill mostly

Don't forget about to inspect your shackles and mounts also,My truck shook and when I lifted it to inspect it the shackle let go.
