I know this isn't new by any means, but I thought I'd post a few pics of my 04 Edge rocker panel repair, using two pieces of 2.5" x 2.5" (id) x 1/8" x 6', they were out of thinner wall tubing (16g) which would have been fine.

The drivers side was even worse, I forgot to take a pic.

2.5" x 2.5" x 1/8" square tubing cut and notched to fit, I bought two 6' long pieces for $33.95, more then I needed for the job.

The installed (but not finished) rocker panel, a little more welding and finish work is needed.

Frame repair is next, but that's another subject... :icon_welder:

Curious about your Century Wirefeed. Looks like a 115V with gas setup?

How do you like it?

It's a 230V, 150A model 117-066, I'v had it for over 10 years, prob closer to 15. The only trouble I'v had was the brushes stuck in the feed motor once, just needed cleaned, and recently I had to replace the main relay (Triac relay) and the trigger switch. but it takes standard parts still available from HTP America/Weld USA.
I like it! :D

Good to know. Had a older 115V model (no gas hooked up) that walked away awhile ago. Liked it OK (amoung other things had nice heavy copper windings) but was kinda limited.

Your rig looks nice and compact for what it'll do. Appreciate your feedback.
