yup you can do it .. the benefit of doing it would be lowering your truck 2 inches in the back.
would it increase payload also, notice 1/2 tons and higher have it reversered

james duff told me that a shackle flip would get me 4-5 inches more suspension travel.but theres no way i'm lowering my truck 4 inches to get it.
