hey guys,

Got my lift finally in, however once the tires are on the ground its a little to much positive camber for me. Now I dont think this is going to be adjustable with an alignment(could be wrong though).

Also to mention my coil is compressed a fair bit and bending outwards?

Is this because of the excess weight of the 5.0L? or is there a certain way these springs have to be installed? or did I just mess it up somehow?

Excess weight would cause a negative camber issue. There is however a little "pocket" on each coil bucket where the end of the coil's wire should rest in.

If you've just let your truck down off the jack (or lift), then it's perfectly normal for it to look like it has some positive camber (the tires are binding (or pushing) against each other which holds the suspension up artificially high).

Try either rolling the truck back & forth a little, or put a rolling plate or something under one front tire to release the bind as shown about 3/4 the way down this page:

You should then be able to get a better idea of your camber situation.
