Okay I'm impressed! Maybe it is made offshore but it's heavy there's no mistake about that,

got questions

I'm the one that has to do all the preparation and this is the front rather than the rear spring mount.

when the bolt is removed, and because there is no shackle, are we going to have, or should I anticipate problems with the axle moving forward and back when we put the bolt back through the mount?

One more question, is there a chance that the bolt can come out and we can use the existing bushing?

I changed all 4 of my hangers and both shackles. I jacked the frame up enough that it decompressed the leaf spring but did not lift the axle at all. Then i chocked both wheels in place. I did one corner at a time and did not have issues with the axle moving at all.

As for bushings i ended up destroying them all to remove them. There was no way to get them out in one piece.

Overall, not a difficult job just tedious

Another issue that i had was i couldnt save the bolts or hardware either. On a few cases i hag to cut the bolts or hanger with a sawzall

Probably similar odds to toast landing butter side up.

I had to sawzall off one of my bolts, the bushing tore loose from the rubber and spun inside it. Your truck is a little newer (I did this in 2012) so good luck.

Bolt, 1/2" x 5"? Big box stores go from 1/2 to 5/8 no 9/16,.

I just got new ones off of rock auto. I think that a few of them came with the shackles.

Actually no, Tractor Supply is a good distance from me. I'll get the bolts and some point. Yes RockAuto has them but I also have an account with McMaster-Carr I love that place.

Something like that. I have a pair of bolts that won't fit in the sleeves. I refuse to drill them out plus don't have access to a lathe to remove the fat from bolts-
