So my explorer sport came with a 3 leaf pack, my donor had a tow package, and has 4 leaf pack. When I install the 4 leaf pack into my sport, I want to add a leaf from the extra pack. I'm assuming the one I add will have to be cut. Does anyone know the "theory" of how much shorter each leaf needs to be from the next when stacking the pack? Thanks ahead fellas. :icon_cheers:

when i put my pack together, i put the ranger main adn second into my explorer 4 leaf pack. I just cut teh eyes of the ranger main, and threw it in there, never bothered with 'proper' lengths or anything. Have wheeled it, and hauled stuff, no problems yet.

It should be in descending order from longest to shortest. Take the main leaf of the old and cut the eyelet holes off to the correct length to fit between the main and second leaf on the new pack. You can do the same with the others if desired.
