i tryed to take the springs off my d35 with a 1 1/8 wrench to day so i can swop it in to my 88 ranger, i cant get it on the nut that good , what is the size of the nut and whats the trick to getting this pos off so i can get it rollin, deep socket or what? thanks :temper:

i use a deep well and a bunch of long extensions to get above the coil. then i use a breaker bar or a big ratchet. if 1-1/8" feels really sloppy, try 28mm, thats what i use.

ya the 1 1/8 is slopy, looks like i need to go buy some deep sockets, thank kunar.
