My speedometer is not working. I changed the vss and it is still not working correctly. When i shut the truck off the the needle points to 20 mph and when i drive the needle shoots up to 50 mph and then is fixed to that position. When i stop my truck the needle slowly drops to 20 mph. When I give the truck some gas the needle jumps back up to 50 mph and stays their. Does anyone know why this is happening? Does anyone know how to fix this? Please help, I am a broke college student and I can not afford to go to a mechanic. I have access to tools and i need to fix this myself.
