ok i have a 92 explorer with 7" of lift and 35s with the original 3.73s what speedo gear do i need to make it acurate and when i do gears later i plan on doin 4.88s i was wondering what i would need for that as well

As there are:
three speedo DRIVE gears
(the one inside the T-case or transmission tailshaft on 2wd)
and atleast twelve different driven gears (the one on the speedo cable)
it is essentially impossible for us to guess what gears you have and therefore what gear you need to switch to...
You need to know what you have as (a starting point) to
make an educated guess.
