I have what looks to be a 3/8 breaker bar, about 10 inches long with SPARTA CB-51 engraved on it.

Who sells these tools, how old are they, and is there any type of guarantee on them since it's broken?

Apparently NAPA used to sold them, or at least that's what I've figured out so far.

Anyone know if they will replace these? I know most tools sold at NAPA have an in-house guarantee.

If it does have a guarantee, I think Napa requires a receipt to exchange it.

Every time I get a lifetime part there, they always tell me the warranty is a "lifetime with receipt".

Maybe that's just this Napa though??

I've gotten warranty replacements on sparta tools from napa with no problems, they just give you their new napa brand tools instead. Last one I exchanged was a 1/2" breaker bar, it was older than me, lol. I also didn't need a receipt. It seems to flex a lot though, so I got a craftsman, which is a lot stiffer, and use the napa as a backup.

Well I brought it back and got a brand new Napa one. They gave me the next one up with a better design because the base 10" 3/8 breaker was out of stock.

:D

Big Pimpin'! That's a nice score there. How much was it normally?

Forgot to check.

I also found a 15" crescent wrench and a 6pt box end wrench (5/16 & 11/32) in there. Both are like new! That's about 50 dollars worth of tools with just those two.

Check the build thread.
