I went to do a tune-up today, all the normal good stuff and when I went to go change the plugs I noticed they are very rusted(may even be original,230kms). Should I be worried or should I just soak them with some pb and go at it. I really don't want to have the plugs snap on me have have done it before and it was not fun. Also how in hell do you get to the back plug on the passenger side with the ac thing there.
Thanks

when i did mine they were rusty as well, they came out fine though only using elbow grease, the one on the passenger side i went up through the wheel well from underneath and i got a spark plug socket on there and had to use a wrench instead of the ratchet to take the socket off, not to bad only took about 10 minutes to get that one out

Soak with some penetrating oil -- PB will be fine -- and give it some time.

I too have a 94 XLT with a/c and I just use a regular ratchet and spark plug socket from above. It's a little cramped but it's never really been a problem.
