Spark plug wires

I've learned in my years of running repair shops that Ford EEC-IV stuff sometimes doesn't play well with aftermarket or cheap parts-store ignition parts. I need to do plugs and wires on my 94 B4000. The correct Motorcraft plugs are easy to find. I'm having trouble finding OEM wires. Even Amazon doesn't have an expected stock date.

Can someone recommend a known aftermarket brand that plays well with EEC-IV?

There are two Ford Dealers in my town, they run "Tune up" specials twice a year, you can get OEM plugs and wires for same price as discount brands

Call parts department and ask if, and when, they will be running any sales, usually in the Spring and Fall

Rockauto has Motorcraft WR4062 wire set for $31+ shipping. Look up '94 Ranger 4.0. They should be the same for you.

Thanks. Found some 4062s on Amazon. $1 more expensive than Rock Auto, but free 1-day with prime.
