If the engine is healthy, they seem to last almost forever in EFI engines these days. Should probably pull them and inspect periodically. That will give you an indication of how healthy things are. I’m sure the owners manual gives a service interval. I don’t like to go more than 100k without replacing them. But that’s just me.
My advice is to only use Motorcraft or Autolite and stick to the same part number that was in it from the factory. I've had to many issues changing brands... unless you have modified the engine in some way and requires a different heat range.
I would probably put at least single platinum plugs in it as well. I had Autolite copper plugs in my 2.3 for about 10k miles after I had it rebuilt, pulled them to inspect at that point and the center electrodes were already halfway burnt off. I replaced them with single platinums. I don't see any reason to ever use copper plugs in a modern vehicle, they just don't last long enough to justify the time spent installing them.
