Spark Knock??

91 ranger 4.0 5speed 4x4. 134k miles. Truck runs great,(some days it runs better than others) but when accelerating hard, there is a whole lot of spark knock. Doesnt happen every time I get on it. Gas peddle is down, goin nowhere fast. Truck is all stock besides 2.5in exhaust. Cleaned MAF, checked vaccuum leaks (replaced lower intake gasket) Little to no change though. :icon_confused:
