spacers , what are they from?

anyone know what these spacers come from?..I know they are for under the coilsprings, but who makes them, or what they came from etc.

and they are right around 3/4 of a inch thick
 
can you tell how the faces were machined? (saw cut, turned, ground?) i would guess they are home made. just some 2-3/4" crs round stock with a hole punched in it. i would think if they were mass produced, the surface finish inside that taper would be a bit cleaner
 
they look like have been turned, you can see a broach pattern in them.

took some and paper to one of them and found a part number.Its a sperical washer(the female half) and the part number comes back to a boeing part, as a levling washer.
