Sound Echo?

So i got my stero to work and i wired in my subwoofer but i have some issues. Sometimes the audio from a radio station echo's or even becomes choppy and repeats its self any thought? Also my Pwr Constant isnt working i have power going to the stero? Lastly when i play music with my ipod the subwoofer doesnt work.
