Well I started out with this one in trade when I sold my neighbor a saab 9-5 and as part of his payment he gave me two bronco2's. The other one was a 89 completely trashed barely running I let go for 4 bills.(more rust then bronco) but this was his old daily driver the interior was mint condition like time capsule nice. It wasn't running and had some tranny issues (didn't realize how bad yet) but only 88K on the odometer original miles and had been garage kept for the past two years inoperative. Basically I got her for 500 bucks and I saw a fun beater. It had underside rot and suspension needs etc. but was body wise in pretty good shape for an 86. I put in new Gas tank, undercoating, 98 explorer leafs springs and belltech 6400 shackles, the front end I've made my own 2.5 inch lift spacers out of old REAR ford explorer hubs (we get them at work for free) a little brake lath cutting and they work GREAT. To fix the camber issue in the front I bought some of the 2wd 2 1/2 degree camber ball joint sleeves and some sheet metal to make sleeves to make them tight in the 4wd bushing sockets. I redid all the steering components, u joints, shocks etc. Got a U joint style driveshaft for the rear and have after a couple hundred miles the tranny started shuddering so I parked her, and attempted my first AL4D and first AUTO trans rebuild (done a couple manuals) couple hundred bucks later and months of stalling she back humming on some craigslist 31"s x 10.5'' mudders. She's been humming down the roads for almost 900 miles after the tranny build and I hope MANY YEARS more. I alsot did from the exhaust Y pipe flange back in free flow 2.5" exhaust and mufflers

Sorry I need the running boards I'm a little person

stirrups work better. especially if you plan to off road
but, of coarse, you do whatever trips you trigger. that's what's great about building your own "custom" rig.
if we wanted what everybody else has they would all be stock. have fun building:icon_welder:

I'm really not a little person. I couldn't help myself.

Short girls are always the best in my experience. If only all women were no taller than maybe 5'2".... *dreaming*

nice b2.. ditch the steps please...

i'm 5'5" and my gf is shorter than me, she can get in my b2 no problem. ditch the steps! lol

at least take one side off and post up a pic and tell us you took them off for good lol

how about do NOT cut the top, and put some sliders on it... cut tops are only cool if you make a hard top that seals and looks factory

ok ok....for all you guys...i'll take the steps off... give me a day or two and they'll be off and i'll have pictures. no way am i chopping the top. if i wanted a ranger i'd buy one and put seats in the bed. :P
