hey guys, i am going to build a budget prerunner with my 88 2wd ranger. i am going to throw down some money on the important things, i would like to run sway aways or race runner coil overs, or something similar. but i would like to cut corners on anything i can build myself. i have quite a bit of fab experience and i would like to lengthen and bend my i beams, and maby lengthen and brace or just build new radius arms. most of my experience is with crawler suspensions though, so i just need someone to point me in the right direction, where i can find some detailed info or writeups, with measurments and dimensions and what not for making long travel beams and radius arms. also i would like some opinion from some of you guys that have actuall experience with building prerunners on the best leaf spring rear setup. this truck is not going to be all out super hardcore racer. but i am going to be smashin pretty hard on it. i want it to handle whoops and some decent air with ease. now i know on my toyota crawler chevy 63" springs were great, and i think that is a popular option with the rangers. what are you guys running for a shackle setup with the 63"s and do you guys have the springs re-arched or something? also what about f150 leafs or explorer leafs. i am just kind of having a hard time finding any build threads with this info. it seems like everyone on here is either making some high dollar prerunner or just putting on skycrapper lift coils and fiberglass fenders on a crap ranger. thank you guys in advance for any info or direction. i am also open to any other opinions on turning this little guy into a whoop handling machine thanks guys
