Some Duraspark questions

Hi,
I was collecting parts for my Duraspark conversion, and now I have some doubts:

- I got a 1.08" 2150 carburetor from a running 1973 Mustang 302. Do I have to re-jet it? If yes, can I swap the jets for the ones in the factory BroncoII 2150E carburetor?

- I have a Motorcraft ignition module with the blue grommet, but it has #DY683 (F2PF12A199AA) part number, and the reference guide says it is for a 1984-1998 Ford F700 truck. The listings shows pn #DY893 (D9VZ12A199A) for 1976-1987 car/light truck application (Pinto/Mustang/F-150/Bronco/etc.). So I have the wrong module? Maybe it has some different calibration for he heavy duty truck use?? Do you know if it would work on the 2.8L?

If the module has two connectors a four and two wire it will work. Get some # 42 jets for the carb and the carb spacer felpro # 60529

The spacer has gaskets on it but make a gasket to put between the spacer and carb. Preset the idle air needles out 3 1/2 turns from lightly seated and float level is real important. You want a wet float adjustment at 3/4 inch from the top of the float bowl to the center of the fuel in the bowl. The engine will run with the top off of the carb to check/adjust the float, allways pull the float out to bend it it is real easy to damage the needle and seat.
