OK so i figured JohnnyU had a few follower on his chevy, i might have a couple.

Since the Ranger is a bit on hold till i get my d-bike sold for a front end kit from dave ive spent a bit of money on my Chevy HD. I picked up two front fiberglass fenders a while back that needed some work but would work perfect on my HD. Well fabtech likes to push the front track width way out on their older lift kits and thats what i have. With the combination of the lift and the wrong backspacing i wanted for wheels, my tires stick 4"s out of the wheel wells like a prerunner.

Thats where i picked up the fenders. I plan on puttin them on the front and pullint he rear bedsides, droppin the rear 2" add-a-leaf out and lowering the front 1". The fenders are jsut finished from paint and erady for me this weekend to put on. here is a little teaser pic till i can get more and show how i put them on.

By the way, on a chevy you have to drill all the spot welds out of the front fenders to get the outer fender off. They cant just make it as easy as the ford and bolt them together. I knwo there will be criticisim but oh well, its still my pride and joy

That's one nice lookin rig you got there

thank you guys. Not having a girl friend when i got the truck and a great payin job in college really helped me build that truck into what it is today.

:icon_rofl: i've been working on my ranger for 2 years and now that i've been single the past 2 months, i've gotten more done than i have in the past 2 years. not a chevy fan but that is a nice a$$ truck

you coming down this weekend to work on the HD? O and the truck looks good.

funinthemud - i totally agree, i was single for a year when i first go this truck and did a bunch to it. But now i got a girl i plan to marry soon and the time just isnt quite there like it was, money aint the issue though ;)

Odie - ill be down there this weekend workin on her in Peoria where my parents house is. Gunna start on it some this friday and try to finish everything by saturday night

well Peoria is kinda out of my way, But if you need help sat, I should be able to roll that way. My only plan now is to try to get some work done on my 87 trying to figure out the wiring issue I'm having, But sunday I was thinking of rolling out to the UTV race and see what that is all about. I will PM you for your # for more info on the Race.
