I have James Duff shocks on it now, singles in the rear and dual in front.
I'll bet that's your issue right there (nearly every report I've heard has JD shocks being the stiffest of any, and to top that off you even have duals).
I'd get different shocks first. If it's still too stiff, then look for springs.
If you want to keep the dual setup, Bilstein offers softer-valved shocks specifically made for a dual setup (170/60 IIRC).
