It should be on your upper intake manifold kind of on the side. Cylinder looking thing

I have the same problem with mine, and have replaced the IAC, TPS, MAF etc. Been told it's probably none of those. Most likely a lower intake gasket leak as the 4.0s are well known for.

Dont forget the water temp sensor can affect the idle. make sure your coolant level is full
