Well DG, you have a very interesting truck there, sorry the place went under. What you did goes back to the origins of true hot rodding. Several others here have done that but not with a truck ending up like yours. I've seen others put other older bodies on Rangers or F-150's. Hang in there!

doorgunner i enjoyed reading your build spent all night reading and i gotta say i would love to do something like this but instead of the 2.9 i would use a built 302 and leave the sides of so it would fit haha but thats me and it also wouldn't be used as a dd since gas is 3.43 up here lol

Pretty sure he's been running a 350 Cheby for a long time. A V-8 don't always mean bad gas mileage, probably better than a lot of smaller motors.

my friend who I got it from had it rebuilt & bored .030 over....he drove it until some clown hit him and totaled his truck...then I got the engine.

How 'bout that Table of Contents that I strart.....errrr.....started making so folks could find specific stuff easier.....
