You use vague definitions way too much. It would have been much better to say "shoulder of the road" in this situation. Plus, how the HELL did you do that without hitting something firm and concrete? I have trouble doing that on regular streets. You must have been going pretttyy fast. IMO your lucky the only thing that happened was a blown out tire. Could have rolled it on that dirt road, things roll reaaallll easy on dirt roads.

all it needs is 2 parts to be road legal, 2 parts that cost less than $100 total
