My first brand new car!!:yahoo::yahoo::yahoo::yahoo:

Sixty miles on her, and I put twenty of them there.

She's a 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer GTS with a 5 speed manual and the 2.4 liter mivec engine. :D:

Anyways, here are some pics, and I haven't named her yet, so I'm open to suggestions.

Thats sweet man, love the color! What kind of numbers those put out, not to familiar anymore.

"The Lancer GTS packs a 2.4-liter four that cranks out 168 hp and 167 lb-ft of torque"

Quoted from Edmunds

.

The GTS gives a good blend of the Ralliart and Evo without the higher insurance premiums (but unfortunatly also without the turbo motor) At 168hp, though, it's not bad for it's size. Plus it's a manual.

Per Edmunds..."The GTS model is the clear choice for folks on a budget who are looking for a more spirited driving experience. Its 2.4-liter engine has more low-end power, and its sport-tuned suspension provides unusually sharp handling for this class.
"

Looks pretty cool for being a car... my suggestion, don't do anything to it... lots of stuff will probably make it look like a ricer, and IMO, its great how it is now.

Agreed. At the most I would only do little things like tint the windows, maybe remove badges and, once the tires are shot, look at some new tasteful wheels. Little things to make people say "it looks stock, but what is different about it?"

.

Friend of mine has one just like that good fast car and good performance even though it not an evo.

I sorta miss my four banger prelude h22a 200hp 160tq 5spd, that thing was a blast on the twisties.

How does 'The Angry Fish' sound. Because that is what it looks like.

Agreed, do window tint, remove badges, please remove that chrome gas door too... when you get new wheels, I suggest black rims... also, maybe upgrade to LED lights?

Already got the permenant plates? Around here it takes 30 days or so. Nice ride.

Those things are way better looking than they use to be, I hated hte old ones, especially the one everyone bought in yellow (OZ edition). Plus the stick was way to far from the driver, you had to be a chimp to reach it. This newer one is nice though.
