I have a 93 Ranger XLT with a 3.0L, and when i first start the truck its real sluggish and slow to respond. No matter how far the down the gas pedal is the truck doesn't realy seem to respond. Once the truck has a chance to get warm it becomes very responsive. Any ideas?

Any codes? First thing I'd check is the Engine Coolant Sensor. It's the two wire sensor by the thermostat.

mine does the same thing probably normal or both our truck are screwed lol id say its normal its just cold.
