Clutch is replaced, trans in and all ready to go, except for bleeding the clutch. If I press the clutch pedal the quick-release fitting pops out. Originally it had a white plastic sleeve so I used a new one, with no luck. It also came with a clip that was supposed to be the new method but still no luck. Is the clip supposed to be around the slave fitting or through the slots? I tried it around the fitting with the bend in the legs in the slots. Any help would be appreciated.

Thru the slots. Ya gotta shove the hell out of it to get the mating deep enough to allow the clip to go thru the slots.

So I use the clip AND the plastic sleeve? My mistake, I thought it was one or the other. Thanks for the tip Big Jim.
