so a while back on a random cold day i went to start my 00 and there was no clutch pedal. i got home filled the res. and pumped the pedel. the normal pressure and feeling came back. no problem. now last nite the 96 did the same thing? where could it be leaking from? or whats causing this. i have never had anymore problems out of my 00. yes when its cold its a lil different but i understand they are all like that cold. after reading up on it. everyone says it is leaking out of the slave cylinder seals. the cold causing them to shrink. is this true? should i check or replace anything else?
thanks in advance

find out where it is leaking from. look around the clutch pedal and the firewall for fluid. if you cant find any put some cardboard under the slave and see if it is leaking from there?

There's a rubber plug on the left side of the bell housing you can pull to look inside and see if you have fluid leaking from the slave.

ill search, so far filled it up and drove to town and hasnt done that again. idk why it was so random though
